I keep trying to add 112 hats, but it keeps adding 1344 hats, do I need to call someone to place an order?
The quantities, are in dozens so 1 = 12, I will have a sales person reach out to assist you.
Can you order just 1 hat
As a wholesaler our minimum would be one dozen per color, per style.
Do you make hats for larger heads? I'd like to get some made for our team, but we have a few with larger hats sizes so a OSFM shap back won't fit.

Is the customization fee a one-time fee? If we decide to order more hats later with the same logo, would the $95 customization cost be waived?
Yes! Once a logo has been digitized, it is done forever - and we keep it on file for all future reorders.
How long do customized orders take?
Our Richardson 112 trucker hats with custom embroidery typically take 10-12 business days from art approval to ship from our production facility!
Do I have to pay for the product prior to seeing an example?
Yes, in order for us to start working on your order, we need the order to be paid in full. With that said, you will receive approval before production.
So if I customize I need to order 24 hats - can that be split with the same logo on 2 different colors?
Richardson 112 Three-Color Tri Tone Hats-yes you can use one logo for two different colors. You are able to do that on our website.
Hello. We are looking for a three-color 112 cap. Bill: Heather Gray / Panels: Black / Mesh: White. Also need a two-color logo embroidered on the black panels. Heather Gray Thread with small amount of red thread. Thanks. Email: [email protected]
